I believe God allows us to go through dark times to appreciate what we have and to help others through similar times. You see, we aren't promised a perfect life. None of us will have that - even though it may look like some do from the outside! I believe God IS good all the time. He promised to never leave me or forsake me. So, I trust Him - even when life is overwhelming!
