Superbowl Party

I decorated the church for the Superbowl Simulcast Breakfast this morning. I had so much fun doing it! I loved the decorations. So, I thought I'd share them!
I made a goal post from PVS pipe to place at the entrance

the buffet line
My two "run-through" signs reminded me of my cheerleading days when we made HUGE run-throughs on a weekly basis. We were known for our awesome, massive signs.

I am so proud that I drew the Cardinal free-hand! That sign is 14 feet tall and 9 feet wide!
Sam drew the helmet. I think he did an awesome job as well!
The centerpieces were indoor/outdoor carpet with baby powder sprinkled for the lines to make it look like a football field. I bought mini-goal posts and leather footballs so the guys could play! I really didn't want them to have girly decorations and flowers!!
A partial view of the room with the huge screen, pipe and drape, and special lighting that my husband brought in!
The blow up cooler welcomed the guys in and gave them a chance to throw the ball a little if they wanted to!

I love the football lanterns hanging from the ceiling!

A trip to the American Girl cafe is not for sissies!! We spent HOURS there. Our original Molly (20 years old) had her hair done, bought a new outfit, and joined us for a very girly lunch!

What a great Holiday Season!
