We are loving Texas!!!

The taco truck!!! This is Tacos Hilda! Several "taco trucks" come around throughout the day to sell to the construction workers in our neighborhood. I kind of feel the same way about them as I do buying food from the vendors in Guatemala - don't do it!!! Anyway, the thing we find most amusing about these trucks is that their horn plays a little tune to announce they are close by. It's a catchy little tune. You might know it - "La Cucaracha"! Now isn't that appetizing? I know you can't wait to come and visit us so you can eat off of the truck that announces it's arrival by singing "the roach"!!! YUMMM!!!

They are getting so big! Chase looks more like a little boy and less like a baby. I will SEE you soon!!! The Taco story turned out great!

Jac, here in Texas, these are officially known as "roach coaches" and you are very wise to avoid them. ;)

Mama, Daddy, and I enjoyed reading about the Roach Coaches while listening to "La Cucaracha" last night! We're thinking about going to Huntsville one day so we can see one of the houses M & D lived in while in TX.
